Well the driver line up has well and truly been finalised for this years World Finals OR HAS IT ?

One huge shock to come out of the Extreme Monster trucks Australia camp when I was reading Clives press releases was the truck line ups. At Number two in the Freestyle is Corey Clark Driving Raptors Revenge[sic], hey wasn't thats Jim Koehlers truck I thought, panic set in. Wasn't Jim coming down under after all?

Oh no Australia is so looking forward to him coming downunder we will all be so disappointed, then disappointment turned to absolute surprise and jublilation.

Thats right Avenger, all along Clive has been working with Jim, he has moulded a body from one of the Drag Racing drivers here Victor Bray, a National Champion who just happens to run a 57 Chevy and Mr Excitement will be seen down under in none other than an Avenger truck instead of a Rabbit or Dinosaur.. Certainly after speaking to Clive the Dinosaur will be released at one of many media days over the next ten days.

It is hoped that Jim will also become a very regular visitor to Australia just like Kreg Christensen and with tours of New Zealand China, Japan and Korea all being planned, Clive is currently trying to form a close relationship with many drivers from the USA. Speaking with Clive he is now planning a big grand Prix series in all the Capital cities here, that will run along the lines of the World Finals show which will commence as soon as Jan 16 at Calder Raceway in Melbourne. Its hoped Dan Patrick and co will line up for these events. I know Clive is keen to speak to the likes of Jimmy Creten, and the Ramunator team. Big things are certainly happening down under, plus word has it more trucks being purchased. Kreg and Corey have done a HUGE job getting all the trucks up to Feld standard for next weeks event which has bigger obstacles than Vegas.
